How do I download the toolbar?

Internet Explorer Users

1. Open an IE window and visit the toolbar download page.
2. Under "Internet Explorer Users" Click the Download Library Toolbar button.
3. When you see the pop-up window, choose Open or Run.
4. Proceed through the installation screens. When the installation completes, the Toolbar should appear at the top of your Internet Explorer window.


Note: If the Toolbar doesn't display immediately after installation, please try closing and reopening IE. You may right-click with mouse in the IE toolbar area and make sure that "SearchAXIS" is selected.


Mozilla Firefox Users


1. Open a Mozilla Firefox window and visit the toolbar download page.
2. Under "Mozilla Firefox Users", Click the Download Library Toolbar button.
3. A new window should open(*). In this window click INSTALL NOW.
4. Continue through the installation screens, until installation is complete.
5. Please CLOSE all browser windows and reopen them. The toolbar should be visible at the top of your browser window.


Note: If you do not see the toolbar when you reopen Firefox, go to VIEW > Toolbars > and click on the item "SearchAXIS".


(*) If a new window didn't open it's likely that the installation was blocked. At the top of your screen, you should see a yellow bar that says "Firefox prevented this site from asking you to install software on your computer." To install the Toolbar, you'll need to allow downloads from our site. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the Edit Options button in the yellow bar.
2. The Firefox "Allowed Sites" window will appear.
3. Click Allow, then click Close.
4. Click Agree and Install a second time to begin installation.
